The
purpose of this discussion forum is to encourage
you to record your bit of history. We all
have stories to tell of things that have
happened to us, our friends or relatives.
Things that in their own way may not seem
significant but collectivley they provide
some colour to the broader picture of women's
lives. For example, the story I am going
to tell is a chuckle in the history of the
second wave of feminism. But is also marks
the small changes in practices and attitudes
that have taken place over the last 30 odd
years. And it was fun to dress up.
