Marilyn Chalkley

Marilyn has worked as a senior public servant, a journalist and broadcaster in current affairs and social policy, a ministerial media adviser, and a health worker in her varied career. Her work as a journalist won her a number of awards including the Human Rights Media Award for a documentary on homeless children. Until earlier this year she ran her own PR business and has just completed a Masters in Mass Communication. She is fascinated by women's history, and especially the visual representation of women.
